What cms would be the best choice for a forum? The forum is going to be large. I need the features like user groups, quotes, smileys and good profiles. Thank you for your ideas.

The most pupular open source forum CMS are phpBB and SMF (Simple Machines Forum) - many extensions and good support communities. vBulletin is also good but it's not for free.
